Why youpd

If you've tried AI video tools, you know.

🔁

Starting over, every time

Yesterday's lessons never reach today's video.

youpd — results accumulate into a playbook and feed the next video. The loop →
🎲

The "just make it look good" mediocrity

Leave directing to AI discretion and it's a coin toss — your channel's class depends on luck.

youpd — injects 24 packs of proven cinematography grammar, automatically. Director packs →
💸

Unpredictable cost

You create without knowing what it will cost.

youpd — a hard per-video budget cap — even failures cannot break it. Cost control →
Not bolted-on features — structure: a loop that learns, directing grammar fixed as data, budgets kept like contracts.

Script Science

Your best script — every time, not sometimes.

Not one "write me a script" prompt — a 7-stage structure.

Balanced

The sweet spot — mixes generation with free sources.

Quality-first

Top models, generation-first. For hero channels.

When sources run short, the free chain takes over — never a blank frame.

Onboarding

Identity isn't written. It's extracted.

No blank forms — start from any of three paths.

Already run a channel?

One URL — topics, voice and formulas are reverse-engineered.

Starting fresh?

A multiple-choice interview sets the direction.

Only have scripts?

Paste them — their voice becomes your channel identity.

New channel — import a running channel: one URL extracts voice, topics and stance (Korean UI)
Calibration. A few yes/no taps until generated titles are indistinguishable from your real ones — production starts only then.

Founder's Story

One day, worn down by life as a developer,
I started a YouTube channel on a whim.

I fell for the fun of making videos with AI, and made five.
But each one swallowed an entire day.
Exhausted, I shut the channel down.

I tried again — Shorts, this time.
Tens of thousands subscribed.
But monetization failed, again and again.

Right around the time I had half given up —
on that channel I abandoned six months earlier,
one video suddenly took off.
Monetized, at last.

I was happy — very briefly.
The topics ran dry almost immediately,
and making videos became pain, not profit.

That's when it hit me.
"Making a video takes far too long."
"When the topics run dry, nothing else matters."

YouTube taught me its real physics, the hard way.
Sustain, and improve.

So I built it.
Automation that never tires of producing,
and an analysis loop that solves topics and improvement.

Hoping you never repeat my mistakes —
and hoping that you, walking the same road,
make it —
I built YouPD.

Your talent was never the problem.
You were just exhausted doing it all alone.
Now, let's make them together.

Get Started

From your next video, let the loop run.

No customization needed — just pick, and proven grammar carries the channel.

FAQ

Can I use it without any API keys?

Yes. Free TTS and the free image source chain complete a video on their own. Adding keys only widens your quality options.

Will it really sound like my channel?

For a running channel we reverse-engineer voice and formulas from your actual videos, then pass a calibration blind test — generated titles shuffled with real ones until you cannot tell them apart — before production begins.

Can I run multiple channels?

Yes. Each channel keeps its own identity, playbook, voice bank and YouTube account — nothing bleeds across.

What if costs spiral?

Per-video generation budgets are hard-capped, and failures or retries cannot break the cap. Every video leaves an itemized cost sheet.

Can I review before publishing?

Uploads are private by default. Review and edit the script, storyboard, voice and visuals in the studio, then publish. Before rendering, the machine self-inspects every generated image first.
